Yes, they are trusted! I ordered on a Tuesday and received package on the very next Friday. FedEx left the package at the door. I checked exterior for any identifying markings and/or damage and none could be found. After opening box, I found all items appropriately packed and present. The doll was completely blemish-free and exceeded expectations in appearance. The included instruction card provided valuable insight on what to expect as far as doll flexibility.
